Kevin has over ten years of experience representing clients in complex disputes involving financial fraud, contract claims, securities law issues, fiduciary duties, insurance coverage, and other business disputes. Kevin works with a wide range of clients and enjoys the opportunity to learn the nuances of their businesses and finding ways to use that information to win the case and find optimal, efficient resolutions to his clients’ disputes.
Prior to joining NBP, Kevin was an associate in the Boston office of Foley Hoag, LLP focusing on complex commercial litigation. Kevin also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Norfolk County where he handled a range of criminal trials and pre-trial matters in the Quincy District Court.
Kevin graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 2012 where he was a member of the Boston University Law Review, received multiple academic awards, and participated as a student prosecutor in the school’s Criminal Law Clinical Program. Before attending law school, Kevin graduated with honors from Tufts University in 2009 where he studied international relations.
Kevin has been admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He has also participated in matters in several federal courts across the country and arbitration proceedings before FINRA, the International Chamber of Commerce, the American Arbitration Association, JAMS and other alternate dispute resolution forums.
