Alden is an associate who leverages his trial and appellate clerkship experience to represent individuals and businesses in a variety of civil disputes. Alden is committed to understanding the nuances of his clients’ legal challenges and crafting strategic solutions that are responsive to his clients’ immediate and long-term goals.

Prior to joining NBP, Alden served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Kenneth V. Desmond Jr. of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Alden was also an inaugural Law Fellow at the Massachusetts Superior Court for one year after law school, where he worked as a law clerk for multiple justices who held both civil and criminal appointments.

Credentials

Alden graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 2023. During law school, Alden was a teaching assistant for first-year Contracts Law, served on the Boston University International Law Journal, and was a Rule 3:03 certified student practitioner within the Access to Justice Clinic where he represented clients in Housing Court. Prior to law school, Alden graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut in 2019 where he studied history and political science.

Alden is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the Boston Bar Association.
