Kevin represents a wide range of clients in complex disputes including contract claims, insurance coverage claims, and other business disputes. Prior to joining NBP, Kevin was an associate in the Boston office of Foley Hoag, LLP focusing on complex commercial litigation. Kevin also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Norfolk County where he handled a range of criminal trials and pre-trial matters in the Quincy District Court.
Performance
- Represented a drug discovery and development company in an International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration proceeding concerning licensing dispute.
- Represented a food processor and wholesaler in an insurance coverage dispute resulting in a successful summary judgment motion leading to settlement.
- Second-chaired a seven-day jury trial in Massachusetts Superior Court in a case involving allegations of breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty against small business co-founders.
Credentials
Kevin graduated magna cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 2012 where he was a member of the Boston University Law Review and participated as a student prosecutor in the school’s Criminal Law Clinical Program. Before attending law school, Kevin graduated from Tufts University in 2009 where he studied international relations.
